Issuance of Dominica Passport for our Client in March 2021

Another Dominica passport has been issued for the CBF esteemed client who applied under Dominica Citizenship Investment Program (by the minimum amount of 100,000 USD). Her Certificate of Naturalization was issued in the first week of March 2021 and the passport was received in the end of March 2021.

 

Minimum Investment to Obtain Dominica Citizenship and Passport:

First option – Non-Refundable Donation (to Economic Diversification Fund):

  • 100,000 USD – Main applicant,
  • 150,000 USD – Main applicant and Spouse,
  • 175,000 USD – For a family of four,
  • 50,000 USD – Each sibling (aged 18-25),
  • 25,000 USD –Any additional dependent, and also each sibling under 18.

And payment of additional expenses.

 

Second option – Real Estate Investment:

Make an investment in an authorized real estate with the minimum value of 220,000 USD and keep it for at least 4 years.

And Additional Governmental Expenses including:

  • 25,000 USD – Main applicant,
  • 35,000 USD – Family up to 4 (except siblings),
  • 50,000 USD – Family up to 6 (except siblings),
  • 70,000 USD – A family up to 7 or more (except siblings),
  • 50,000 USD – Each sibling (aged 18-25),
  • 25,000 USD – Any additional dependent, and also each sibling under 18.
